My name is Sophia Scherzer, I am a second year Biology major at the University of Florida and I hope to study plant science. I have recently received a yoga teaching license, which required completing a 200 hour course. This course taught the human anatomy, yoga philosophy, and proper posture alignment. I would like to eventually complete my 500 hour teacher training which furthers your knowledge and practice of yoga.
I created this blog for a course, ENT3003 Principles of Entrepreneurship, I am not sure what this blog will become but I am genuinely excited for it. I have always had ideas of new projects and the name was always Essentially Healed but I decided the word "Essential" is very beautiful hence my blog name.
